## Questions & Answers

**Q: What filters does this use and how does cleaning work?**
A: A charcoal water filter and a permanent gold-tone filter handle the brewing, and the self-clean function maintains the internal reservoir.

**Q: What makes this model stand out?**
A: No carafe exists to break, burn, or wash. Press the dispensing lever and the machine pours one fresh cup at a time from its insulated reservoir.

**Q: Does dispensed coffee stay hot?**
A: Yes. The double-wall insulated reservoir holds brewing heat for hours so your last cup tastes like the first.

**Q: Can I program this to brew automatically?**
A: Yes. 24 hr. programmability brews the full reservoir before the first riser wakes up, and the machine dispenses cup by cup from there.

**Q: How many cups does this brew?**
A: Up to 12 cups per cycle (cup equals approx. 5 oz., varies by brewing technique), held in the internal insulated reservoir. The Coffee Gauge counts down the cups remaining as you dispense.
