Can I wear these as yoga pants? I weigh 105 and 5'3" what size?

I would not recommend it. They are actually pantyhose without the foot in it. They don’t have enough coverage for yoga pants.

I weigh 195, 5'4 what size should I order

Ladies, it depends on where we hold most of our weight: I have more problems in the hips and lower tummy and want the best control there. If you have more weight at the upper tummy and back area, it will fit differently and a size D would be good. For example: when I was at 190# (I'm 5'3) I wore a C since I wanted a super control. I wear a B now at 155#. I love love love these and wear them ALL the time. I like my tops to look sleek and my bottom to not giggle. lol... I tuck the band under my bra band. Once you get used to wearing it everyday with your cloths, you'll never want to go without it. I just feel more put together!
