I needed something better than just my phone for zoom/teams calls, and also needed better than my laptop standard PC/mic functions. While a bit pricey, I can say that others on the calls indicated my voice quality was perfect and I can tell that when I want to speak I am heard now. No more breaking up, or cancelling by my phone. It also has a red light when muted and green light when not muted. Easy to mute/unmute from the device (or the application of zoom / teams as usual). I just plugged it into my laptop USB port and it worked immediately, nothing to install or configure. It comes with a case so I take it when I travel too. the only improvement I would suggest is adding a kickstand to the back so it could stand up versus laying flat. I put it in a cell phone stand for easier visual and button pushing. I highly recommend this product. I have been using it for about 8 months without issues.

I was consulting to a business that had the 900, and it was amazingly clear during a conference call. I decided to purchase the 700 because it’s made for a home office or a traveler. Hooking it up is a simple task. Sound quality is incredible! The only negative is it doesn’t work with all platforms. Teams - Yes Zoom - Unknown Google Meet - No This is a must have for a small business. The included travel / storage case is nice.

This unit was a replacement for a PolyCom. The PolyCom caused a bad echo when I was on calls. People complained. Also, PolyCom customer service is awful. I’ve been waiting two months for a warranty replacement. PolyCom says they are out of stock. I can order one here and have it tomorrow. Weird. I took a chance and order this unit and people say I’m crystal clear and more importantly, I’m not causing an echo anymore. I do recommend this unit.

Could not have been easier to setup. I just plugged it in to a USB port and the computer (Windows 11) did the rest. I just had to select to use this as the microphone and it worked. Using this in a large meeting room with some sitting 20 feet away. We could hear the other parties really well and they said they could hear all of our speakers also. Came packaged in a box and even comes with a case to store it in if you're traveling. The cord nicely wraps around the base and has a built in stand to angle the speaker.

Super happy with this! I’m on Teams meetings most of the day and was getting really tired of wearing a headset all the time. This speakerphone has been a game-changer! The sound is clear — I can hear everyone easily, and people say they hear me just fine too. I love that the mute button actually works with Teams, so I can mute/unmute quickly without messing with my mouse. I just leave it plugged in so I don’t have to worry about charging, but it also works great when it’s not connected. Overall, super happy with this purchase. Makes meetings way more comfortable!

This bluetooth speaker phone is very powerful. This is my first time hearing about this brand and I was quite hesitant about it because of a steep price. However, upon further testing, i can say that it really is worth it. First of all, i love how it is packaged. It comes with a very premium circular padded bag that screams premium. This is similar to those expensive brands. The speaker body is very nicely designed. It is circular with buttons on one side and led display, while the whole top is the typical material for speakers. It is powered by usb c. I had no issues connecting it via bluetooth. It connects easily. And you can instantly play music through your phone in it. The quality is really good and clear. I just use it at home so i cannot really maximize its use in terms of being a microphone for teams on a meeting table. However, when i started using it in my online meetings, i noticed that my workmates are no longer having a hard time hearing me. This is very helpful for me. For that reason alone, i think this product deserves a 5 star rating. It is powerful and can deliver great quality audio.

Purchased this as I recently bought a Mac Mini which doesn't have the benefit of a webcam and speaker like the laptops do. I have used for a few days now and the speaker quality is clear, loud and excellent clarity. The microphone works well for, not only me, but when several people are in the room and all need to be heard. Highly recommend.

The Yealink SP96 is a super handy piece of gear for round table meetings with buddies or even just for solo use in my home office. I have been using it for Discord and Zoom calls, and it is a massive upgrade over any built-in mic I have used. The six-microphone array does a great job of processing the audio and stripping away background noise so only my voice stays in focus. It is definitely more professional than a standard desktop setup. The desktop software is quite limited in terms of functionality and it has no EQ or anything. Can’t even make it sound nicer without whipping out another third party EQ tool. Touch controls can be turned on or off and work well. The speaker turns all lights off when PC is in sleep, but turns on quickly as soon the computer wakes up. Bluetooth also is stable, but audio quality doesn’t seem any better between the wired and wireless. Still sounds like it is in call mode. The built-in speaker is fine for voices, but I wouldn't recommend it if you are planning to listen to music. The bass is pretty flat and the overall sound stage is a bit underwhelming for videos or songs. It is really designed specifically for calls, so it doesn't quite have the richness you would want for entertainment. This has officially replaced the microphone on my desktop since it is so reliable for talking, but I still reach for my headphones when I want to listen to music. I only really use the speaker function when I need to share the sound with someone else in the room.
