Loved it and will read over and over again

FANTATIC useful information written in easy to understand for me. Helped to understand cash flow, that this is a long term process. Will be buying Ken's other books as well. RICH DAD/POOR Dad was good but did not really give the meat and potatoes that Ken provides. Would recommend to any person trying to get into real estate that has no background in real estate.
