Masterfoods Hot English Mustard 175g

Use sparingly, it is HOT mustard! It has lasted a while, even while small because of that. Great flavor and good on anything yellow mustard is good on.

I LOVE THIS MUSTARD!!! It has just enough spice, tastes better than plain mustard.

I like the heat level on this one. A bit too salty for my liking but can overlook it for everything else.

I always bring this mustard home when I travel to Australia. I needed a new jar and this was a more economical way to get it without having to pay to travel to OZ. Eventho, I want to go and visit friends :)

I've purchased this many times and the mustard itself is amazing on steak. Clears the nose with a kick like Wasabi. Best mustard hands down. My issue is that it arrived last time with the lid off and mustard spilled, I can't use it. The seller offers no returns, and is uncontactable, so $10 down the tube. It costs a few bucks in Australia, so they're making a decent wack to offer refunds for damaged deliveries - non existent customer service. But the mustard, you gotta try the mustard!

Looking for a capsaicin-free hot sauce? In a 16oz squirt bottle combine one jar of this lovely Hot English mustard, one jar (same mustard jar) of apple cider vinegar, and one jar of water. Shake. Enjoy!

this is a rip your nose off/ tear ya lungs out type mustard. i gave a 4 for flavor & overall rating cuz it didnt have that gross sweetness of colemans and it's saltiness is too much. if were 40% less salty and 25% more vinegary it'd be a 5+

So I was really hoping this was going to be a winner but it was a huge flop. First it took over a month to get here, trying to be a little understanding with the customs clearing and what not it still took longer than the time frame quoted. However when it arrived the taste was pretty bad. It was extremely salty. Like someone poured a whole ship of salt in it but left out the mustard. And yes there was a side of wasabi as a afterthought. But there was no heat. So not sure why this was labeled “hot English mustard” because the wasabi had zero bite to it. But you definitely wanted to drink tons of water because of the salt. It was gross. Not even my English father wanted to try it and that’s saying something about this. So I wouldn’t recommend this.

Nice little kick on this one. A staple.

A delicious accompaniment to steak which is always ready to go as a staple in my house. Great value as you only need very little to highlight flavours. Punchy and tangy taste that adds a mouthfeel of spice but is not heavy on the stomach similar to wasabi.
