Perfect oatmeal and fast!
These bowls are durable! Long lasting and really does what they say it does and makes the perfect bowl of oatmeal quick! Easy clean up as well. Dishwasher safe and they don’t break when you drop them.I found my first fast cooking bowl before covid started. The same brand at a general store for $5.00 They sold out quick. Then I had need for another because my partner kept using my bowl and I like having my go to bowl for hot oats, so I paid double the price for it and now we are both happy, except when he uses both. Now the kids are going after my bowl. All of a sudden they want oatmeal too now. It’s the magic of the bowl. Going to have to order 2 more bowls now. So we can all eat at the same time.

This little bowl has changed my life
I love this little bowl. Be sure to follow the directions. The first time I used it to cook oatmeal, I covered it with wax paper: wrong move! It bubbled over and made a mess. Then, I actually followed the directions on the product and it worked perfectly. I transfer my cooked oatmeal into a large mug and add a tablespoon of flaxseed meal, a small squirt of Kirkland organic maple syrup, a shake or two of Simply Organic Pumpkin Spice (organic cinnamon, organic cloves, organic nutmeg, and organic ginger), and a bit of lactose-free 2 percent milk. Now I look forward to breakfast again--and another plus? A smoother-working digestive system.

Yeah, Right
I purchased this product based on the strength of its reviews. The plastic bowl has a two cup capacity, while the quick oat brands all call for a two quart microwavable cooker capacity. Product is six cups short of that capacity. You will be cleaning the inside of your microwave straightaway. It is a physiological impossibility to cook oatmeal in a microwave in a two cup container. Use any pyrex measuring cup in your own microwave to simulate the results. Again, I made my purchase based on the reviews. I followed the directions, and wound up cleaning out my microwave. What a mess. Unless you're looking for an excuse to clean out your own microwave avoid this product like the plague. I've done the homework for you. Save your money.

My Oatmeal Bowl
This is now my oatmeal bowl. There are many like it, but this one is mine. My bowl, without me, is useless. Without my bowl, I am still useful. This is a good bowl. The bowl works well. The price is right. There are no negatives that I can think of.Suggestion: I use the larger rolled oats. Place a paper plate on top of the bowl and cook your oatmeal in 30 second intervals. By doing this, you can avoid possible boil/spillovers in the microwave.

Works Well
Does what it says. If the directions are followed (use water not milk), there is no splatter and the oatmeal is done quickly. The only thing I do differently is that I cook it for 2 minutes, not 1 1/2.

Useful for so much more than oatmeal!
We use these bowls for oatmeal and cream of wheat, of course. But the depth and handles also make them great for any hot foods! Or the occasional bowl of ice cream 🥰. I just ordered 4 more, since our 2 seem to always be in the sink waiting to be washed... Also, very durable. Our older ones hardly show any wear after at least 3 years. I think they are worth the cost.

This thing is Awesome!
Got this for my wife because she makes porridge for her breakfast almost every morning, especially when it's cold outside. She always made it in a pan, and quite often she would get distracted and "over cook" it. With this, just 2 minutes in the microwave and it's perfect every time, and I don't have to scrub the pan every morning. It took her a couple days to get the time right on the microwave. This I'm sure depends on the power level output of one's microwave. A little too long and it may boil over, too little time and it's not "hot enough". But once you figure it out, it's great>:
