Almost every rock has major cracks and faults in the them!
This is not first class material. Somewhere along the line of gathering them, breaking them up .... to my doorsteps these rocks suffered major damage. This is not a problem, nor unless you are tumbling them will you ever notice it. But these rocks are horrible for tumbling!!!! After completing my 1st step of coarse tumbling I am having to chisel break rocks in two, grind or cut out sections! They nice looking but no where near as pretty as the image above! They are a nightmare to get in to shape to actually finish tumbling them! Save your money! For the price you can find a better deal and better stones elsewhere!

These stones are great! Due to their hardness rating the stones had a high polish after tumbling. Softer stones do not produce the same sheen as harder ones do. I'll be ordering more jasper.

I regret to say that the rocks I received even after tumbling and a high polish, in no way resembled the rocks that were pictured as I stated to the seller in the beginning. But shiny rocks are always always make grandchildren happy.
