Review: Plastic splitter as a replacement for table saw built in splitter - The splitter is easy to install and works exactly as it should. I replaced the built-in splitter on my tablesaw with this one because my built-in splitter had to be removed every time I wanted to put in my dado stack.
Review: Not the Best - These aren’t as robust or easy to get perfectly in alignment for a table saw as I thought they would be, but they do do their job when installed with a zero clearance throat plate. However, they aren’t nearly as beneficial as a riving knife, which adds a higher element of safety. When I had issues with the installation, the company’s customer service was there for me.

These aren’t as robust or easy to get perfectly in alignment for a table saw as I thought they would be, but they do do their job when installed with a zero clearance throat plate. However, they aren’t nearly as beneficial as a riving knife, which adds a higher element of safety. When I had issues with the installation, the company’s customer service was there for me.

I would have given 5 stars except that even when closely following the instructions the splitter was in the incorrect position. I had to sand off a considerable amount of plastic to make it work. Shouldn’t have to do that.
