I’m 63, <=mediocre jogger (slow as f.) I bought the 25 lb vest and at first I thought “this is going to be like carrying an anvil on my run.” 1st run was wacky, 2nd run discovered I wore it upside down on 1st run. Two weeks now and wearing it correctly and it’s fantastic. It’s giving me more effort with less time. Comfortable (right way round), doesn’t bounce, doesn’t throw off my balance which I feared. Seems very well made. It’s also added the benefit of me holding my core tighter. I love the design were I don’t have to wear a tight belt while jogging, to me it’s not too bulky. After taking it off you feel like you could flutter around the room flapping your arms. 100% recommend.

I really like this item. I bought the 16 lb version (I weight about 170) it seems perfect weight to me. I bought it for walking, at first it felt fairly heavy, but now after a few weeks I'm actually able to jog with it for several miles and it is pretty decent for jogging, it fits snug and feels pretty nice. I recommend this item, I do wish it had a water bottle holder and ability to add additional weight but it's a good and well made product. I do not know if it has made me a better runner, but I do think it provides additional challenge and increases your strength.

I love the vest. I got the 25 lb. version. It fits nice and is comfortable. It's not exactly fashionable, but it's not ugly. It does it's job well. I use it on long waks and it as helped my endurance considerably.

First of all, this isn't just for men - not sure why it's titled that way. I'm 5'8", 125lb female and bought the 12lb vest and it works fine. The photo shows a FRONT pocket with an iphone in it. There is not a front pocket on my vest, however there is a back pocket that is large enough for a phone. The problem is that it's impossible to access with the vest on. But if you don't need to get your phone immediately, it's not a big issue. Overall, the vest is great. The weights are evenly distributed. Went on a 10 miles hike with it yesterday and it was fine. If you don't have the two front buckles tightly pulled, the vest will fall backwards and some chaffing started to happen, but tightening them worked great and I didn't have other problems. I wish that there was a 14lb option, but it's 12 or 16lbs. Great product for this price point!

This is exactly what my 19 year old son needed to help train for National Guard. They will be doing a 5 mile ruck with 35 lbs so I bought him the 30 lb and it is perfect. He is 6 ft 2 in so I was worried it would not fit properly, but it fits perfect to his body. The weight is evenly distributed and the material is durable and high quality. If/when he upgrades to jogging, his hands/arms are free to easily move about. He has used it 6x and loves it. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE!!

A very comfortable vest, it has an ideal weight for both running and walking and it has a good size. It was a gift for my husband and he loved it, we would definitely buy it again.
