Great product

The reason I gave it 4 stars, is that there are many confusing comments in what Siberian Eleuthero is supposed to do. Does it meet everyones expectations? OK, what it does for me, and does it well, is that it increases mental alertness, which contributes to better social functioning; and as some reports claim, it improves athletic performance...how? Well, in my case, I become more physically active, that is, unusually energetic...

On the advice of another, I tried this. My energy level was low and I was dragging. Well, it seems to work. I've felt better since starting it. I know my endorsement is unscientific, but it does seem actually to help. I'll stay with it as long as it remains affordable, which, given how things work in the US, may not be long.

This stuff works really well and I only need 1 per day to go with my NAD+ booster. I cannot believe I found something this good at such an affordable price!

There's nothing wrong with the product itself it seems high quality. I bought it to help with my depression and to give me energy and it did not do a thing even when I raised the dose to the highest safe dose. Just a waste.

I bought this product thinking that it would be helpful for depression and anxiety. What it actually helps with is focus and concentration. But the manufacturers clearly state it is not meant for long-term use. I appreciate their transparency.
