Love these
I love these patches. I use them on the bottoms of My feet when I go to bed. They stay on once you are in bed. Gives a small amount of the supplement. I have only used these for 30 days now so I will know for sure how they are working after about 8 weeks.

These are a waste of money they do not work they won’t even peel off properly so they have no sticky on them because they are melted to the paper they’re attached to junk.

Daily recommended dose of glutathione 250-500 mg
Typical dose of glutathione is 250- 500 mg per day so I was anticipating putting on at least 4 patches since the dose is only 60 mg per patch. The picture made the patches look smaller. Easy solution, put the correct daily minimum in a bigger patch.

It works for me in that...
Glutathione works for me in that it has made my waking in the morning 'easier'. What someone I know discovered is that a lot of people have a glutathione deficiency and may seriously need a dose. Look it up for yourself.
