I was diagnosed with cataract in both eyes years ago and took a well-known brand of 'anti-cataract' eye drops which apparently worked well for some people. They didn't for me, although maybe they slowed the progress of the disease. Last year I was told by the optician that no more could be done to improve my sight and I would have to have the operation to remove them. I was still reluctant to do this, so a note went into my record that when I gave the word they would contact my GP to organise cataract removal. Meantime I decided to try Cataract Clear. As it was expensive I applied only one or two drops a day to the eyes. I have just had my eyes tested again and was told that there is absolutely no way I would be accepted for cataract removal as my eyes were practically all right in that respect. I am still stunned by this outcome. I realise that the results may be different for others. I can only speak for my own. Whoopee! Why I cannot give this 5 stars I do not know. It's a tech thing.

Noticeable improvement
After a nonth or two of continual use I realised there was a significant improvement in the clarity of my vision

Does not do what it says on the tin!
BEWARE...this does not help remove cataracts AT ALL! I have been through 4 packs in hope they do. Both my optician and eye surgeon (for my cataracts) advised me there was nothing in the medical world that removes cataracts except surgery. Be aware!!

NAC Eye Drops
Noticed positive effects.

A very slight benefit.
I have to have an eyesight test every year with early stage cataracts leading to increasing astigmatism. For the last 8 months before my latest test I have been using these drops. They definitely did not reverse the cataracts, but the deterioration was slightly less than usual, so they do appear to have a small beneficial effect.

The eye drops seem fine to me. Unfortunately, it will take several months before I can make an accurate judgement.
