This will be a very strange five star review since I did have numerous issues during and after the install. I am not a plumber, but I have installed a couple dozen faucets over the years and, on the face of it, the install is pretty straightforward and relatively easy. The unit itself is very beefy- even the sprayer. I swear if you need a weapon carry this faucet around for protection. You can beat any attacker to death with it using a couple of swings. It's very nice looking in design, and the finish is consistent and pleasant looking. The problems in installing; I have a 3cm counter and the escutcheon tubes under the faucet handles are barely long enough to fit. Also, the one on the cold side wasn't factory tight, and I learned that the hard way after the initial install and had a leak. I had to take it off and tighten it up. Okay, it's installed and working fine. Until the water flow reduced to a trickle after a minute or so. Took the aerator off and no difference. Took the spout part off, which is very easy to do, and the only thing left seated in the body was the diverted valve. That's when I made the mistake in calling the manufacturer. The guy told me to take the aerator off to see if it would help after I told him I was already three steps past that point. Dude, get off the preprinted troubleshooting guide and listen to your customers. After he finally listened to me he said he could send me another diverted valve, I would just have to email him a picture of my proof of purchase and address. When I hung up with him I decided to take the valve out and take a look at it. Removal was pretty easy. It has a plastic body with a hex recessed shape. I used a 1/2" chisel, pushed down a little and turned it counterclockwise. There was a piece of rubber in one of the holes, so I removed it, put everything back together and it worked fine. Okay, so here is where inspiration struck. The diverter valve is by itself pretty worthless, since all it does is restrict water flow. I took the faucet apart and removed it. Put it back together and got about a 30% jump in water flow. And about double the pressure in the sprayer. It works great now, and it is a very good value, even with the stupid issues I had.

Easy to install. Another solid product from Kingston Brass.

Excellent quality and finish. I have bought several of this exact model and have been very pleased with how it holds up over time. This pairs nicely with an apron front farmhouse sink such as the Kingston Brass Gourmetier.

I love it! Looks amazing in my kitchen, hubby just installed it as we are in the middle of our kitchen reno and so far it’s been great! I know a lot of people were complaining about the sprayer hose but they have upgraded the hose. We shall see how everything holds up.
