Love the firmness of this pillow. It’s comfortable. It supports your neck well. The sleep quality improves a lot. I wanted to wait a few days before leaving a review just to be sure I wasn't imagining the amazing effectiveness of this pillow. I have bought SO MANY pillows, looking for something to give relief to my stiff and sore neck, upper back and shoulders and I have finally found it.This pillow has eased my neck and shoulder pain. I was waking up with a headache every morning and haven’t since I started using this pillow.

I’m a side sleeper and have tried all kinds of pillows before but this is the best!! I tired it as soon as I received it and I was like “Omg this is it!!” It’s really comfortable and has great support for my neck. I use the high contour side and it holds my head perfectly. It’s nice that I can even sleep on my back with this one. I let my husband try it for a night and he liked it so much that he ordered the same pillow the next day. It comes with a pillow case but I put it in a regular pillow case so it’s easier to remove when I have to wash it. I want to buy another one for a future stock. That’s how much I like this pillow :)

I’m trying to learn to sleep on my back and I feel that this pillow is helping me. And it doesn’t give me neck pain in the morning. And I don’t wake up whole lot to adjust my pillow position compared to my old regular pillows.

Probably a great pillow for others but not for me. I had a c-spine fusion in 2019 and I was hoping this pillow would help eliminate issues post op. I have spent lots of money trying to find the right pillow and the search continues.

To start with, this memory foam does not go flat overnight. I sleep on my back and side, and this pillow has been great for my arthritis neck pain and headaches. The contours are extremely well placed, so much that I would recommend using it without any extra pillowcase so that the extra fabric doesn't pull the pillow out of shape, even if you do put it in a case for looks when you make the bed. The 2D pictures on Amazon do not give the rounded contours of this carefully crafted pillow justice. The place for your head is a bit bowl shaped, which supports your head correctly in either position, and even supports your jaw on your side. I have never had a jaw-supporting pillow, and it's great for my TMJ. On your back, the bottom fits over your shoulders, helping keep the pillow in place. And forget the idea of a "beauty pillow" to keep your head straight and your face away from the fabric; this holds your head in place and doesn't even cover your ears, making it great for anyone with facial issues. It's just an overall well-designed pillow for anyone with neck or head problems.

I love these contoured pillows for my neck pain but was too big. They offered me 15% refund if I kept it but why keep something I'll never use? Returned it.

Honestly. I am not a fan of this pillow! When I tried sleeping on it, my neck felt really high up and then my head slopped really far down. There was no room for my shoulder, the arm part is awkward. everything felt oversized and not made for me (female). I thought I was just having a Princess in the Pea moment. But, I let my husband try and he HATED it. He laid on it for maybe 5 minutes.I felt like the arm sections were choking me the whole time. The pillow is firm, but the proportions for me were just awful. I ditched it after an hour of trying to get comfortable. The concept is cool, I really was hoping this would have worked. But, I am still on the hunt for the perfect pillow. :/

My husband asked me to add this pillow to an order I was making, and at first I laughed at the absurd shape. However hubby often woke up with shoulder pain that would make mornings quite a painful time for him. I DID NOT receive this discounted or free, this review is 100% based on actual experience with the pillow.The cover unzips from underneath the pillow so you can easily remove it and wash it & then just as easily get it right back on the pillow, so it is easy to keep clean and fresh. Other than his side of the bed not being perfectly symmetrical to my side because of this odd shaped pillow I am 100% pleased with this purchase!So, if you or someone you know is a side sleeper who wakes up with shoulder pain from laying on their arm, or with their arm under their pillow, give this a try, your shoulder will thank you.
