NO INSTRUCTIONS
MANY boards came cracked. It came with no instructions. Very frustrating and irritating for a $600+ product and two little granddaughters waiting patiently to have it put together. Ridiculous.

Best Playhouse!
We kept the bottom hammock but changed the upstairs to a plywood floor with extra bracing, then added a shag carpet cut to size and it's a dream playhouse for our princess! We then used up the excess plywood by adding a couple of rounded-edge shelves on the outer patio rails so she had a place to set toys, play BBQ, etc. All were easy to stain with a redwood pine waterproof stain that matched the same as the wood that comes with the set. We also sprayed the tent-like cover with waterproof scotchguard, so nothing gets wet except for what's out in the open on the front patio area. Very happy with this purchase and wish it could come in a bigger size so I could have one too!

Split wood
We have still not been able to fully assemble. Probably about 15 of the large pieces of the wood came split and some of the small ones too. Too much of a pain to send back. My husband was able to repair with strong wood glue but they are still split so not sure how they will last over time.

Kids love it
There are many pros and cons to this. The assembly is not the worst we've encountered (we've done alot of kids and adult stuff). You need a Torx wrench which we only had one of so had to run and buy another otherwise it would have taken much longer to build. There is also a step saying you may need washers that aren't provided (the steps prior to floor boards). We did it without them and it was fine but fyi on the tools needed. Pay attention to the direction of every board especially in the beginning. We had a helper helping my husband and I and they made a minor error but it meant going back an hours worth of work. I also advise making sure all the numbered boards have the number tag up as you will need them later as you proceed through the build. Or label the other sides with a sharpie. If you dont do this it takes extra time to go back in the directions and determine which pole is which, so something to pay attention to as you build. My kids love it, my husband and I both wish it was bigger for the price. It seems sturdy enough but probably not for climbing which is what most kids will want to do so maybe watch the bigger kids as we are not sure yet how sturdy the frame part is. The nets sag a bit but work well. There are pros and cons to the net hammocks. They are the plastic rope (think of the plastic rope handle on the big plastic laundry tubs). So it makes them super easy to clean and spray off when they get dirty (ours got muddy and rinsed up nicely). But we've found this type of rope to disintegrate quickly in sun so not sure how long they will last but can easily be replaced or later on down the road. We will keep the cover/canopy on to help the weathering. Overall recommend but wish it was much bigger, so its slightly overpriced, and takes a little longer to assemble than the 5 hours it claims.

Buyer Beware
I debated this purchase because of the reviews. It seems that Little Tikes is selling their "defective" product at a discounted rate here on amazon. No where else on the internet can you buy the "Glamping House" this cheaply, and there is a good reason for that. Most of the "4x4" posts in our boxes are completely split from top to bottom. Quite a few of the planks are split as well. So while you may be getting a good deal, beware the quality. To build this thing to be sturdy, you would have to replace the split stuff yourself. Which is do able if you're handy. Also the screws holding the frame together do not tighten well. There is a lot of give in the frame. Typical low quality kids play structure. We are debating on returning it.

My Contractor Built it
My kids LOVE it, its got two hammocks that they love playing in, retractable drapes and a rope light, but its not something I would ever put together myself. My contractor built it for me

Quality is lacking
Parts did not fit well. Boards were split upon arrival. Overall quality not great. Not sure it’s worth the price. We purchased it because we liked the features, but not hopeful that it will last very long.
