Therapist's Choice Shoulder Pulley, Over the Door

I really can't understand all of these negative reviews - this thing is about as simple as you can get, and works exactly as I had hoped and expected it would. People talking about the wheel heating up - sounding loud like a freight train - what are these people smoking? I, for one, am absolutely thrilled to have finally learned anything at all about these shoulder pulleys. I had never heard of them before. I have had a deep shoulder ache for at least thirty years - sometimes worse than other times - but it is almost physically nauseating when it does throb and ache. I did it myself, a long time ago, when I was determined to hit a 9-iron over a lake, and my first two shots came up short. I put everything I had into that last shot, and I never felt such pain in my life. I think I tore my rotator cuff. (But I did make the shot!) Anyway, I received my pulley wheel this morning, and immediately hooked it over the door, and it operated smoothly and quietly, and instantly seemed to soothe my shoulder pain. It was a different sensation to use the good arm to lift the bad arm, just like the instructions said, but that passive movement seems to be exactly the remedy for fixing whatever's wrong in my shoulder, because now, tonight, as I sit here and use the computer, my shoulder already feels much better, almost as if there's no pain at all, although I do feel a little something, but the bad pain is all gone. Thank heaven for these geniuses who dream up these marvelous devices that do so much good in alleviating all our various aches and pains, and the cost of them is miniscule, compared to the good they do.

This works perfectly when used as the directions state. Not expensive but does the job that my physical therapist wants. Very fair price.

Great product for the price. Per the included instructions the strap goes over a door that shuts tight and the pulley works perfectly.

It works I don’t know how much good is actually doing with my shoulders. The strength of my shoulders but time will tell. I just started with it. It’s well worth the money though because it is good to work your arms and get up your cardio a little bit.
