Bandai Toys - Kamen Rider - Neo Decadriver & K-Touch 21, DX

Nice to play and very complete like the series

I am always a fan of decade in terms of being able to change into other riders. I really wanted this particular driver as it gives me the additional rider cards after decade and it will actually read. The first thing I will say about this is that it does come with the Zero and Zero Two card. Although those cards look nice, they do not actually work with the neo driver which is a bit of a bummer. They will just make the generic sound and nothing else. I assume it is because it is part of the ktouch set and not the actual driver set. The cards are all the there minus. They are pretty much the same as what would come with the normal ktouch and decade set (minus the extra cards from the CSM set). The CSM cards unfortunately do NOT work with this driver. I do like the fact that it comes with more rider cards that actually work and have the same transformation sounds as the actual rider they are changing into. The belt is just a simple belt for kids. I actually swapped it out for the CSM 1.0. It does actually fit the back plate. The driver is nicely detailed and painted. It uses the same AAA battery that you access in the back. It is removed the same as the normal decade driver. It is essentially just a repaint of the original with extra sounds added in. The ktouch is the same thing. It is the same as the original ktouch except it does come with the new card that allows decade to turn into the new form. The card is utilizes in the same way as the original it just uses the new riders rather than the ones before him (this includes zero one). It pretty much works the same way you press and activate and it will say the final form of that rider. The cards are very nicely printed. It is laminated well so it does not get super wear and tear. The only thing is that the ktouch has a pretty good grip on the cards when you put them in. That was the only thing. It is super hard to remove it without damaging the card so be careful there. Overall if you are a decade fan or just card collecting rider cards this is a good set. I would recommend this set as you also get the ktouch with the kamen rider zi-o final form, zero one, and zero two on top of the new rider cards and their final form. The only thing I will say is that I wish the zero one and zero two actually said their names when used. Also the ktouch is nice but it needs to be a bit easier to pull the card out. The cards and device are good quality. The only thing you may see is possible scratch on the screen very small from production. All the instructions are in japanese (of course) but this driver is pretty simple to use versus others that may have other features. Remember that csm cards do not work on this driver but you can replace the csm belt with this one. You just need to swap out the back plate which is pretty close to the color of this one.

Kamen rider decade belt looks nice but then it seems to be a little bit small size... I thought I bought the larger one for adult size... but then I don't know why I get the small size

when the original DX neo decadriver came out I didn’t think much of it. After all as far as I was concerned, it just looked like a re-painted version of the original one, so I did not expect that it would include the sounds for all 20 Heisei riders but upon receiving the neo Diendriver I realized this thing has at least 60 unique sounds, and when it came with the NEO K-touch I thought they were actually sounds for the zero one and two rider, but unfortunately those cards do nothing, which is a bit of a disappointment, But what really disappoints me is that they use the same original mold for the belt part which means that even if you get the belt it’s still has its original flaw that being semi attached to the belt strap, (and naturally with the release of Gotchard the new DX legend driver follows that same trend. Although the buckle works in reverse.) with the new K touch you can both enjoyed the original complete Decade form or the new Neo version, which was exclusive to short series(but it’s still Cannon) my only concern is that with time, just as its original variant, it will suffer from degradation due to the card reader.

This driver is one of the best I own, however I can see why someone would choose to go for the csm version. There are so many features that I really want to consider this perfect but the lack of specific sounds and the belt which I have to buy a specific modified version of (yes I am an adult and this is one of my collectibles) keeps me from doing so, nevertheless I still HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you buy this product aside from the flaws it is still worth way more than the price tag.
