APC Cork Hera Floating Tile

This is beautiful flooring indeed. I have used this company before so I knew it was a great product. The other floors are still holding up fine (other than natural cork fading) 14 years later in a rental condo no less.The only reason I didn't give 5 starts is that some of the tiles (top and bottom of box) tend to get damaged by shipping. They should reinforce the corners since it did cause need to waste a few tiles. You can see some of the corners took a beating and these are not the worst ones.

I love my cork floors but had trouble with the hallway flooring getting shiny. APC Cork owner was dismissive of my concerns, and refused to pay for replacement cork. She did not consult the manufacturer until months later. Their information would have been very helpful. Their products are great, but if you have any issues you will get no support at all.
