I soak it overnight and add to tea, or make a dessert tea using goji berries and steamed pear with raw honey. Yes there are some “impurities” as other reviews have called out, but it’s basically tree sap - so, of course there are going to be some tiny specks of bark or whatever now and then. It’s not harmful, I don’t even remove it. Definitely will buy again, but this is a huge supply that will last me a long time! Great value and great for clearing acne breakouts, highly recommend.

Need small amount because they become puffed up after soaking. There is small wood pieces, which is easy to clean. Texture is like chewy boba.

It is second best. And I mean that. There is one brand I’ve found better but most are worse. This one is cleaner than other brands. I do find it has a decent amount of the non attached clear material on it compared to the other brand I like. This brand still has less than the blue bag with pink flowers, which is the worst. It’s almost like they coat it in something to get a better weight and it all falls off after soaking.

Absolutely delicious. I have been enjoying the Nestlady Wild Peach Gum. It makes a lovely little soup.
