Product arrived as promised. Packaged well so nothing was damaged. I was personally reached out to by WONDERKID when I made my order to provide a point of contact for questions/feedback and instructions and tips for the product. The product works as intended and keeps my 9 month old out of the desired cabinets. Pros: 1. Easy to use/understand 2. Super simple set up on the cabinets 3. Good hold on the cabinet and keeping it closed so my child gets bored trying 4. Durable feeling plastic 5. I love the color is all brown (many other products are white or black or have some brown) 6. Good quality for the cost of the product (it was inexpensive but not cheap quality) Cons: none yet but I will update this review if I find any. Helpful? Please vote if so, thanks!

I have purchased 3 different brands of the child safety locks with the 3M adhesive. I can now say that they aren’t all created equal. The Wappa locks advertise that you can get 10 for the same price as everyone else sells 6. I think these are inferior. When setting them up, the initial process of locking the strap in place is almost impossible. I always need to ask my husband for help and he’s always convinced it won’t work just before he finally snaps it in place. Not that big of a deal since you only do this once. However, I’m also convinced that I can tell which are which once installed – I just feel like the Wappa ones aren’t as smooth to lock shut. I always push twice to make sure they are fully engaged. I don’t do this with the Wonderkid. They are basically all the same but now that I need a few more, I’m buying the Wonderkid for a second time. My 2 year old has recently decided that a smoky eye and a red lip is her jam and while I'm working from home during quarantine its not easy keeping an eye on her 24/7. We've had more than one beauty make over during this pandemic, now I can controller when the make overs occur! This works great! My toddler has repeatedly tried to pull the make up drawer open over and over again and the adhesive is holding with no issues! The lock is super easy to undo and re-clasps unlike a lot of other baby safety mechanisms The one warning I was give is DO NOT PLAY WITH THEM UNTIL YOU WATCH THE INSTALL VIDEO. The box did not come with paper directions. There is some writing on the box but lets be honest who reads the box before opening things? The install is super easy but if you mess around with the clips before watching the video you will end up rendering it useless like I did.

Easy to use. Super handy. Used them on drawers, oven drawer, dryer, fridge. Worth it for locking up difficult items. Works on smooth surfaces. Update: Now that my child doesn't need protection from every darn thing in the entire house we started taking these off of drawers and cabinets. Guess what, it's one of the hardest things in the world to get these to come off! The adhesive is so incredibly strong we have just found it wiser to break these apart and leave each end attached to its surface. This includes hard plastic, wooden cabinets, metal appliances. On the other hand these never came apart in use with a toddler. So there is that. It was worth it for me. I anticipated something of the sort so we didnt use them on items that were irreplaceable. Be fore-warned.

We nearly lost all our our freezer food due to thawing twice last month. After lots of finger pointing at who left the freezer open, we discovered that when you close the refridge the air pressure popped open the freezer. These turned out to be the perfect solution, and they match the refrig color as well. I had considered attaching metal pad lock latches on this as I had once done on an old fridge that had lost it's magnetic grip. However, these little latches were a much more elegant solution. I've since added these to the deep freezer as well, which it never hurts to have a little extra sureness that everything is closed tight and staying cold. Thankfully, the whole family has found these easy to use, and reattach when closing! I will admit I thought they were defective when I took them out of the box. But after reading instructions, I found that that adjustable strap has to be set and trimmed, and then you open this using the other side using the slider button.
