Kids have loved it and were completely surprised when they came home and it was up in our backyard. Purchased this trampoline due to its supposed 5 year warranty. Had 4 springs break within 30 days of setting it up. Took multiple calls & emails to customer service to order replacement springs, and by the time they arrived more were broken. Now customer service is non-responsive. 5 year warranty? Give me a break - we have owned this junk for 6 months and had less than 30 days use out of it, I would send it back if I could!
