Why do some sizes say EU? What does that mean?

EU means European size. Just look on a shoe size chart to see what your EU shoe size is

I ordered 2 pairs and they were women's shoes not children's... are these women's sizing "BR" not "cd" ?

These are women's shoe sizing. BR denotes the size in Brazil (these are made in Brazil). CD denotes the width narrow to medium.

Does it come in a box
