Review: Jam-packed with Interesting Facts - My son is in 2nd grade, and he's the perfect age for this series. We read them aloud when he was 5 and 6 and they held his attention, but they were too long for him to read independently. The entire book is spent building up to the "fight", so I wish the fight itself lasted longer than 2 pages. It's always over in the blink of an eye. I do like that they are a little open-ended. It makes for some good discussion after the book is over. If your kid likes non-fiction, I highly recommend this series.

If you have an elementary aged child, please be sure to buy at least a few of the books in this fun, fascinating series. You child will learn interesting facts about the animals while trying to determine which of the animals would win in a fight. The child bases his guess on the facts learned about the animals. We read these with our grandson and we enjoy the books as much as he does!
