Chair arrived in well packaged plastic from Autofall warehouse, it took me around 1hrs along with my wife to assemble it , you have to follow the instructions guide to avoid any damage to the chair , i will use it for my office work and gaming it doesnt look cheap like the other chairs on the market and the price is fair , the sword logo is beautifully designed and the chair feels very comfy and steady, i will update on the durability on this post later.

Great chair. Looks and feels very nice. I wish they made a version with the foot rest extension, but even without this is a wonderful chair for a good price. Would recommend

Put the whole chair together with relative ease. However, when I finally put the seat to the base and tried to change the lift position, nothing happened! Dead on arrival. I reached out to the seller and am waiting for a response. Will update everyone once I hear back, or if I hear back. Other reviewers indicate that customer service was top notch. We shall see.Update 1/29/23: The seller came through and promptly addressed my issue by providing me with a replacement lift. Chair is perfect now. I cannot stress how comfortable it is. The armrests rotate so that I can adjust it while typing. I work long hours which is hard on my body. In fact, this is what compelled me to find another work chair. Autofull hit the balance between comfort, style, features and price point. I am very satisfied. Thank you Autofull for timely addressing my issue! Top notch customer service.

Love this chair, it has been so good for my back. The only thing I had slight issues with is the assembly, the screws to attach the back of the chair to the bottom took some work to get properly aligned but still quick (only about 15 minutes) to assemble. Would definitely recommend.
