My husband was having problems maintaining electrolytes and minerals so was advised by his haematologist to try multivitamins with minerals. I saw the reviews of this product so decided to give it a go. Since starting this product he has had no further problems with level. He also went through a period of feeling very cold despite the house being very warm. As his folate levels resolved, so did the feeling of being cold.
