I have tried other types of magnesium but I always come back to magnesium citrate.I have been buying this brand of this of magnesium for a couple of years now and I am very happy with it. It’s a high dose at a very reasonable price. Be warned, always start with A single capsule dose and work your way up to a higher dose if necessary – it can help with digestion, but if you’re not careful you could end up with explosive disaster pants!

I've been taking these for about a year, two every night before bed. They can be a little difficult to swallow as they're quite a decent size, but drink enough fluids with them and it won't be a problem. A word of caution though, and it's not a fault in the product, just a user warning: maybe give them a miss if you're going to bed with a full stomach. Once, I had a bit of reflux, and the gelcap ruptured, firing magnesium citrate up into my throat. It was not a pleasant experience! This is a potential risk with any gelcap containing a powder, so I want to emphasise it's not a negative on the review: I want to save anyone else the unpleasantness.
