With the mounting brackets placed where they are, it causes the hooks to fall at an angle that prevents things from staying on the hooks which are rounded out and smooth. Everything is constantly falling off the hooks with a slight brush or a soft wind. Very frustrating. On a lighter note, it’s really cute. I had to replace the pegs with hooks.

It was exactly as they said. And it was very easy to hang. I would have given 5 stars, but it did not come with the screws to mount on the wall. My kids are LOVING having their very own shelf and hooks.
