Is this the old formula and not the 2020 formula

This is 100% the new 2020 formula. The bottle I received does not match the picture (which is the 2011-2019 bottle). It's the new 2020 bottle and smell.

Is this a Cologne or a Eau De Toilette ?

My guess is that it's the EDT, seeing as though the "cologne" version only comes in a 2.5 & 4.2oz.
