Full bottle treats 32 QTs of oil as shown on the bottle but reading the back label says the dose needs to be doubled on the first use to maximize cleaning. That means it treats 16 QTs of oil. For my box truck engine, I take 20 QTs on a full fill. The amount of oil is displaced equal to the oil so in theory only 18 QTs of oil can be added in with a full bottle leaving 2 QT behind. This is close enough honestly to a fresh PM. For a 2018 Cummins engine with 600,000 miles, I am looking forward to see how it cuts down on sludge build up and removes all the burnt oil. Lately been burning 1 QT per 1,000 miles but if this works, I might be able to 50% or 75% the loss. Will report back for update but for now, given the reputation and effectiveness, I am confident it will perform well. Might soften the engine noise and reduce any burning smells. I do not see fuel efficiency going anywhere but oil loss should reduce due to the rings stopping blowby scenarios and thus keeping lubrication. Bottle size is compact.

Works amazing, I used this on my 2005 f350 6.0 powerstroke and the stiction was so bad it would be choppy when I’d start it up in 90 degree weather. After around 3k miles it cleared up completely no misfiring even at 27 degrees! Very happy with this product this is my first time using it I used the recommended amount for initial clean up.

Literal miracle. I got this after having what I thought were 2 failed injectors (with less than 30k miles) in my 6.0 power stroke. I was about to spend the 3k it takes to get all new injectors, I had a super rough idle and a cloud of smoke coming out the exhaust. But after changing the oil and adding this it took about 25 minutes for the idle to get noticeably quieter and after 30 minutes my “bad” injectors were working fine again. 500 miles later the truck has never ran this smoothly or quietly, mpgs have gone up about 3mpgs and still slowly getting better. I would definitely recommend this additive.

Makes my 6.0 run better than ever! Reduced vibration, fixed my delayed boost issue. Runs strong.

i was skeptical, but used it on my 2005 f250 6.0 with 216k along with T6 Rotella, and it quieted it down quite a bit. starts easier and seems to run better. i will continue using every oil change!

Great product works as advertised

I bought it for my truck, it has a oil consumption problem, hoping it will clean the piston rings..

Ended up not needing this for my injectors after I yanked some fools ts6 chip, but man it really brought my piston rings around in my 7.3, have almost no blow by now! Also tried in friends 7.3 with injector issues, did a run without, low power and engine light came on under load, maybe a little low on oil, then put the whole bottle in and immediately more power, no more engine light, and kept clearing up as we drove it. Still will have to re-oring his injectors at the least as its burning oil, if not replace or full rebuild, but it'll clear up the sludge in your engine bigtime, and fix stiction in many different places. Worth it totally.

These guys talk a lot of talk, and they’re indeed walking the walk. I thought my 7.3 power stroke was going to practically explode. I simply put in new oil and the recommended dose of this stuff and it was like new again. Highly recommend putting in every oil change or every other change as it is good for your engine especially HEUI injection systems.
