This cherry blossom light soy will ruin your soy experience. I say ruin in the way that you will have to always purchase these superior soys after eating this . This is flavor packed and light . I bought several expensive soy sauces and this rates at the top . This will never last in my house . Elevate your flavor life and buy this .

I honestly can't describe how it tastes, I started putting it on rice along with a bit of aged soy sauce and it was delicious, but I thought that maybe it was the placebo effect so I stopped putting it on and just did soy sauce but something was missing. Whatever it is, it's great.

Amazon driver dropped over gate and it broke the plastic lid. Lost 2/3 of the product. I rate the product with 5 stars, the driver for Amazon with zero common sense.

This stuff is amazing! There are subtleties in the flavor that I really enjoy with sashimi as well as when used to dress up some sauteed greens or to soak bonito for onigiri. The floral flavor is very delicate and not overpowering. If you're expecting super-salty or other in-your-face flavor, you'll be disappointed. Yes, it's a little salty, because it's shoyu; but it does NOT taste the same as the stuff from the store. In my opinion, it's even better, but your tastebuds may vary. I know some reviewers have had issues with breakage, but I haven't had this issues with the two bottles I've purchased so far -- they came well-cushioned in bubblewrap.

This flavor adds a zest and brightness .. The smoked, more depth and umami .. Good stuff !

Non-returnable, sadly. Bottle seal was broken. Plastic lid is severely cracked into many pieces. I purchased it to be a gift. Totally unsuitable for that. The sharpe edges on the cracked lid/stopper are a hazard to touch. The bubble wrap was intact. I am certain that the lid damage occurred prior to shipping since the box showed no sign of damage. I sincerely hope that tomorrow's delivery of a similar item will be better.

My cousin in Japan bought us a bottle for my husbands Birthday and I found it on Amazon after we finished it off! OMG it’s so beautiful and subtle we gave a bottle to our friend who is a sushi chef. Wonderful mild flavor and now our family’s favorite
