I bought this to use to help friends with a tag sale. However I should have tested it before needing it this past weekend. The sticker tagger does not work properly. I worked/managed retail for many years and did not expect commercial grade, but it would have been nice to even been able to use it.The lot of products came with a good amount of stuff for the money, had it worked. Unfortunately I bought in August prepping for this event, and didnt try anything till now, or I would have returned.

Very the price is cheap DIDNT expect much however ! I would expect it to at least work when it comes!? The ink cartridge that came in price gun was so dry it would print anything switched tht out then used an entire roll of sticker trying to get it to re-ink and putting paper inThe tagged gun is so squished in the tags get tangled and stick the hole is too big for the tags they fall out the needles are HUGE and rip material only put thur tags if u buy this product it will still rip a good size hole in tag annoying not worth it returning for better one

Shipping was super fast but everything but the tags is cheap and crap. The pricing gun is WONKY and so is the clothing tag gun. Cheaply made and poorly put together. Spend your money on a better quality one and don’t buy this one.

This tool got me a little frustrated at first ...I wanted to return it. My friend had purchased one and showed me the correct way to use it now it works like a charm perfect in my book I agree though it should come with instruction

Just received the item and the labels fell out! Tried to reload the labels and there are no directions on how you would reload the labels. Also when trying to create a label the stickers are getting stuck to the gun. Although this is not a high grade item I would have expected to get some use of of it.
