Soooo easy to make these tortillas and taste amazing! Real tortillas at home and I make them with the tortilla press. Highly recommend!

It took me a moment to figure out how to press and roll the tortillas out (I do not have a tortilla press), but once I got a technique down, I can easily churn out tortillas. It mixes up quickly, and the texture is moist and soft. Waaaaaaaay better than the store brand sold at my grocer. I like to cook twice - the first time is to "set" the tortilla. Then I store them in my fridge until I'm ready to eat them, and I cook them a second time for whatever I'm making, whether tacos or a quesadilla or a "Mexican" casserole. Excellent flavor.

I mostly use this for making gluten-free pancakes and it's awesome. Nice and fluffy and delicious. Can't tell the difference in taste or texture from conventional, gluten-filled pancakes. Highly recommend.

This product is great to make “Arepas” I love the consistency of it when I make the dough. The flavor and smell of this when made is amazing. I am bummed that this no longer ships to New York State. It would be great is they ship this here. I lived in Orlando Florida before and I had no problem getting this. I bought it and got it shipped to New York a few times but can’t anymore.

Making your own tortillas with masa harina is an experience that is not to be missed. I made 18 tortillas with just two cups of this corn flour. It is not the same as cornmeal at all. The tortillas were also great the next day heated up. I reheated two and filled them with some scrambled/omelet eggs. Delicious! I am so happy to have found this I will definitely get it again. Excellent option compared to others on the market that contain genetically modified corn, muy bueno para hacer arepas. What I find very bad is that product availability is poor, and when it's out of stock here, it's almost impossible to find it in supermarkets. Right now, not even the brand's own store has it in stock.
