Tom Yum Broth Powder (Made w/Sea Salt)

It is OK but definitely not like any Tom Yum soup I have ever eaten in any Thai restaurant. It could be modified to use in other home recipes. It does contain a strong citrus taste (I would imagine from either lime or lemon grass). You can give it a try but YMMV.

I guess I had great expectations only to be disappointed...

Very happy with the powder. Instead of water I used a bone broth. Most Tom Yum recipes use a broth, not water.

Very good in soups.

I really want to like it, but there wasn't enough flavor.

All spices were more than I expected.

Not good and too much for the little amount given.
