Received it in perfect condition and was not missing any letters!

Cute balloons. You need your own straw to inflate and your win string to hang. For the price, I though this was fair. The ! Was a slightly different color of rose gold but nothing too dramatic at first glance. Worked for what I needed.

This came just in time but an extra letter “i “ was thrown in there. No straw or string was with it. So please buy that before getting this.

The balloons didn't come with a blow pipe so as to blow air into them to inflate. But overall good quality.
