This thing is locked in with adheslve and grout. Pit an accent tile in for color you'd never know there were two sets of drywall screwholes the size of your thumb missing underneath!!! This solution worked perfectly for me! Note: item does not come with tiles nor the flowered accent tiles, I picked those up at a hardware store.
