We love this trampoline! It’s hands-down my kids’ favorite gift ever, they use it every day. It was surprisingly easy to put together. I managed the base by myself, but needed a little help with the top. The only downside is the basketball net, it’s not the best quality and has already come apart. But overall, the trampoline itself is sturdy, fun, and a great choice for active kids!

I ordered this trampoline last summer and the kids had a blast! It was easy to put together and it's nice and sturdy. Although it's very secure, I decided to lay down sandbags because I live in an area where we get a lot of storms. WIth 2 sandbars on each u-bar, this thing isn't going anywhere. ! I had just 1 slight problem with the trampoline and that was with the basketball hoop. It somehow was defective. SO I contacted customer care and they were absolutely wonderful about it. They responded immediately and apologized for the inconvenience and immediately sent me out a brand new basketball hoop. It arrived in just 3 days. Having this trampoline in our yard has brought so much joy to the kids and their friends and it really adds a nice touch to the backyard fun! We had a bunch of families over and everyone, even the adults joined in the fun. It's sturdy enough to hold adults and kids at the same time. The entrance ladder is a good and easy height from the ground and the zipper entry is secure. Neighbors have been watching and we are setting a trend in the area with trampolines. I would definitely recommend this trampoline to any friend or family member. For the overall quality and wonderful customer service I received, it was worth the money. Kudos to anyone thinking of purchasing this product , you will love it!

Fantastic!Perfect size for our front yard.Assembly was a piece of cake!Only downfall I have to say about this is the basketball hoop sucks!It's too loose no matter how much you tighten the bolts on the back.Every time we throw a basketball in, when it hits the back board, the whole thing moves and swivels.Plus, the hoop itself is too small. Requires a very small basketball.Other than that, the trampoline itself is sturdy!This was almost a 5 star trampoline, the hoop was the only reason I gave a 4 star review.

The media could not be loaded. I did many hours of research reading every review before finally pulling the trigger on this one. I am glad I did. First off, it comes in 2 boxes and is not necessarily at the same time. Setup for us was a bit longer because my sons did it and they are teenagers. So instead of 2 hours it took 2 days. There were a couple minor issues such as directions not totally clear in one spot but anyone with common sense should be able to figure it out. That is why mom had to step in because the boys were like huh? . The straps under the blue spring cover did snap but customer service was fantastic and they got me a new one right away.I like this trampoline because of the balance bars. I feel safe with the kids on it due to that. It really does allow up to 700ish pounds. We haven’t pushed it past that. For us we try to keep it at 2 adults and 1 kid or 3 kids. I got the 14’ one and I am glad I didn’t go any smaller. With 3 or so people big or small it fills up sorta quick. I like the ladder. Love the basketball hoop and the net is a must have. My kids spent hours of time on this this summer. WE are moving and planning to bring it with us since we just bought it not long ago.I think it was a great value for $500.

Bouncer was great but the net was damaged so it’s not very safe

After spending a few days looking for a trampoline the entire family could enjoy, we selected this one. Price seemed reasonable when compared to the local box stores when you considered the weight ratings.I really liked the way it looked ( mainly the net design.) and the weight rating. Took about 3 hours to put together, only really needed a second set of hands with the net. So far the family has thoroughly enjoyed it! Even got it together in time for a birthday party!The pros: very easy to assemble the base. Trampoline fits multiple kids and adults all at the same time. The kids LOVE the fact we can all play basketball together.The cons: 2 of the sun protectors to cover the foam on the uprights were damaged upon arrival. The stitching is already pulling apart as can be seen in the photo. The net does not fit the base: this prevents the zipper from closing all the way. The zipper is already damaged from it and a buckle sheared off from it ( reference photo.). I wish the cover for the springs would stay In place as well ( reference photo.) some of the base pieces were slightly damaged, most likely during shipping. Nothing that would affect the safety or performance of the product.Overall: very happy with the purchase. Even with the slight issues that arise. We would still purchase it again. I will update the review once I hear back from the company on the net issue, as it really should be replaced.Update: the company shipped replacement parts to replace correct the concerns we had.
