North American Rescue C-A-T Tourniquet Holder NAR CAT Gen 6, Gen 7 Tactical TQ Pouch MOLLE Connectors for Duty Belt, Gear, Vest

Fits my Recon CAT style TQ nicely. A little snug at first but it stretches just enough once you've inserted and removed the TQ a few times. Elastic top piece holds the top of the TQ in place but is easily pulled off for rapid access. Single, snap retained molle mounting strap on the back for vertical mount and double straps for horizontal mount. Both fit through standard molle webbing just fine and seem robust. Stitching is good and overall this pouch seems like it will hold up. I like that the "TQ" patch is sewn on and makes it easy to find the most important medical item on my belt quickly.

The material feels strong and durable. I like how the top piece is elastic and sized slightly smaller than the top end of the TQ so it fits snug. I have had to go hands on with subjects, and the TQ pouch is secured to an HSGI Blowout Bleeder pouch on the right side of my vest and I have had zero issues with retention on the TQ itself. Why spend $35+ on the polymer TQ holder when this does the same job just as effectively for half the price.

Good piece of kit

This CAT carrier is well made and fits the Gen 7 model which is a bit longer than prior tourniquets. The fabrication is just a tad sloppy with seams misaligned, but tightly woven. I think it will hold up to field use without difficulty. The backing panel is a bit oversized. But my biggest gripe is the lack of a Velcro or snap closure on the cover. It has a pull tang that sticks out from the top and will almost certainly snag on things. Since the top is held closed only by elastic tension and it gets hot out there in the field, you should plan on this carrier popping open and needing to be reset. When you’re in a sticky situation, you don’t want to be thinking about whether or not your tourniquet carrier is secure. So, do I recommend it? Not really. There’s some quick release MOLLE pouches out there that will hold CATs and an Israeli Bandage. Those are probably your better options.

Received today. I'm a petite female LEO with very limited space to carry my gear. The increase in violence in my area has resulted in us needing tourniquets far more often than previously, but I was struggling to find a way to carry mine on my person at all times. We have new uniforms with less pocket space, new vests with new policy dictating only 3 pouches/items permitted on it, and my waist is too small to fit all my mandatory gear. I consider a tourniquet mandatory given what we do despite policy. So...this happens to fit the tiny area I had left and fully covers/protects my tourniquet from being damaged or wet. Thank you!!! I'll order a second one for just in case!

What can I say about this awesome little baby, its sweet. Stopping the bleeding is always important enough to warrant keeping the C-A-T Pouch along side an IFAK or blow out kit rather then inside them. Easy to open when needed, and stays closed when your belly down in the dirt or hacking though the woods. The fit is awesome. I was very impressed with the quality of this thing. In case your with someone who is not so savvy with the med gear, in big bold letters says TQ on the front and if located near or next to the IFAK would draw the attention of most. Highly recommend.

I wanted to get a cover for my CAT, and it was either this or the hardcase. I decided on this because of price, and also i figured a soft case has more flexibility for storage. The fit is a bit snug, you might have to adjust the CAT, but it works well after you get it in there. I like the TQ label, and the pull tab works well, and the amount of friction is to a point where it wont fall out by itself, while at the same time is just tight enough to come out from a determined pull.

I love this pouch. I have the newer elastic version that has the pull through molle strap (no snap button). It is awesome. It fits super tight to be duty belt, no movement. The quick access tab allows me to quickly get my TQ out and the full coverage pouch protects it from the elements. Definitely recommend.

いい感じのホルダーを探していて、画像を見て気に入ったので購入。 しかし、届いて開封してみるとそこにあったのは画像と違うポーチでした。しかもモールの幅が雑でベストにつけられませんでした。 注文しない方がいいです。
