I don't think I could have picked a better backpack to upgrade to after having the same Jansport backpack for over 5 years. This backpack is waterproof as advertised and has enough space for a 17 inch laptop and 4 (possibly up to 5) 500 page textbooks alongside three of my notebooks. The smaller compartments add even more space for pens, pencils, tablets, etc. As a college student on a large campus I wind up walking multiple miles a day to get to and from class so comfort is a huge issue for me. The padding on the back of this backpack is both comfortable and provides exceptional airflow to my back so it doesn't sweat onto the backpack due to the proximity (like some other backpacks). The nylon holsters on the side are very stretchy and can hold most any drink container (providing that the container isn't exceptionally wide). Aside from the backpack as a product, the sellers themselves had phenomenal communication with me as to the state of my order. I bought the Backpack on Aug 29th and amazon estimated it to arrive around September 2nd. The seller contacted me with shipping information and an ETA for the backpack alongside Amazon's shipping confirmation email. The backpack wound up showing up on Aug 31 (and I am not a prime member) so I was pleasantly surprised with the shipping delivery speed. The seller then contacted me today asking how I am enjoying my backpack and ensuring that I am happy with my purchase. The backpack is quality and the customer service of the company behind it is phenomenal. I highly recommend this backpack and would definitely buy from this company again. UPDATE (APRIL 2017): I had an issue with the zipper lining of the backpack, however, after contacting customer service my issue was resolved quickly and thoroughly. If not the backpack itself I would also recommend this backpack for the support staff behind it.

This pack is what I use for flying and road trips sometimes, and it holds a Lot. Comfortable. Easy access compartments. And it Looks Great too! Excellent quality so far and I have used and used it and packed it pretty full. I use it for a couple weeks at a time. I can't say it would last three years if I was using it every single day, but it has held up for my short term use, a few times per year. It holds my laptop or iPad as well as all my personal items, wallet, makeup, a book, snacks etc.etc. Nice size, Looks good and usable. Excellent value for the price I paid. Very happy with this pack. I am short 5'1"-5'2" and it is not too large for me to wear. Straps adjust tight enough, and to me this pack seems big enough for average or tall person too.

I bought this bag to fit my 13 inch laptop, which it does very well. The laptop compartment is padded fairly well, and had plenty of room. I have carried this backpack to school for about a week now, and it has held up well. It is definitely not made to carry all of your textbooks (at least not if they all weigh twenty pounds.) Instead it seems well suited to carry a laptop, and one or two books and binders/notebooks. The organization compartment towards the front is perfect for storing pencils, extra paper, calculator, etc, eliminating the need for a pencil bag. Overall I think it is a very good bag. I have yet to try it in rain or see how it holds up long term. Pros. Well organized. Padded Very comfortable Light Cons Could use a little more space

This has been the best backpack purchase I have made yet! It is a nice solid red color just as it is pictured. It is lightweight and exceptionally made. My son crammed all of his supplies and books in it and the seams didn't give like I have seen on other bags. My son says the zippers move with ease and that the shoulder straps and the extra padding on the bag make it extremely comfortable to carry. Quality made, comfortable, looks good... definitely worth it!

LOVE this backpack. I'm a junior in high school. I take 3 AP classes. This backpack easily fits all of the things I need and more. This can also fit my work uniform into it easily, which is amazing for those days when I have to go to work straight from school! The things I have in the largest pocket include: 3 1-inch binders, 1 1- subject notebook, 2 3-subject notebooks, and 5 folders. I haven't quite thought of what i will put in the second largest pocket, but for now it is where I will keep my portable charger and other random needs and my work uniform. The small pocket on the top is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for feminine hygiene products. And the small pocket on the bottom is where I keep my pens and pencils. This is an amazing backpack and I haven't used it for school just yet (I will start August 10th) but it is very comfortable and easy on your back, which is a necessity when you have a large class load.
