Q: Is the eye cream emollient enough to moisturize the area or do the active ingredients make for dryness? Can it go under makeup without caking? Thanks!

The product does moisturize and can be worn under makeup but allow it to absorb a couple minutes before applying makeup. My problem is puffy bags under eyes due to allergies and I saw no results there.
