I switched from daily coffee to Yerba and I will never go back. I dont get jitters, or a stomach ache like I do with coffee, but plenty of caffeine to get the day started

This tea is great for energy, For the last few months I cut back on coffee but was struggling without a pick me up. This was the perfect compromise for me. I also found it does curb my appetite as some other reviews mentioned. It’s a little pricey but it’s 75-bag supply so I think it’s worth it for the benefits.
