I thought if it’s this hard to get the product sorted when it’s working, what would it be like if it broke! I returned with thanks to desertcart but worth of checking before you purchase Review: Cools well, RGB died in less than a month - Installing the cooler was as hard as any other AIO I have installed. Cools well went put through stress test. RGB on cooler unit died in less than a month. It started flickering and the 90% of the LEDs died and won't come back on. Annoying since I now have to remove this one and send it off before I can get my refund. Later units may come with the required LGA 1700 bracket but others you may have to get the upgrade kit from CoolerMaster or another source. Mine didn't come with it and I had a very difficult time just ordering one. Also the replacement which Amazon sent me within a day had a pump failing on me. It may have been a bad batch. Together with a CM rep I tried everything to get them going, but both were DOA.
