Recently implemented some BFR for calve training and these straps are perfect.

Good quality bands Sometimes they don’t do tight enough and are hard to make sure they are at the right pressure Good value for money though

This product is sold as BFR bands for upper legs and calves. It is too large for my upper leg let alone my calves. A great idea but there is no adjustment to cater for an average size male. Useless! Very disappointing. The seller was very helpful and has offered a refund.
