Great build, trickier than usual lego builds, many small pieces but very very detailed and satisfying once done

This product is quite good, despite a minor issue with the blocks not clipping together properly. The customer service, however, could be improved. The price is reasonable, and the assembly process is straightforward, apart from a few steps. The final build is aesthetically pleasing.

The build itself was simple and repetitive. Quality is great and sturdy. I loved how you only had to open the packets as and when needed. You don’t need to open all of them first and can do it as you go. The only issue I had is the clock face. The numbers do not line up correctly with 12 being at the top - it’s different to what it shows on the box. I brought this for my 7 year old. Instructions are clear but he needed adult support to build as it took a while.

It's good size, quality not as good as Lego

Every year we choose a Lego build for Christmas but this year we decided to cut back to a different brand, money being tight with lost employment due to Covid etc etc. OK the quality is nowhere near as good as Lego and parts to not join well a lot of the time, but we expected that, with it being a fraction of the price. What we did not expect was to get stuck on Page 9 of the instructions because integral parts were missing, and they were not standard ones we could readily replace with anything from our Lego stash. So that was that. It still sits, incomplete and we are hoping that we may be able spares. Shortly after the arrival of the main package we did receive and envelope of some missing parts, but not the ones we needed, so they are obviously available. The seller however could not supply anything further, and fair play, he did refund. I would think twice before buying anything from this brand as you get what you pay for. Back to Lego for 2021.
