Great regulation for perimenopause.

Helped boost my milk supply after menstration
Started my period after my daughter turned 3 months. My supply dipped to one ounce each breast every few hours. I was so scared I was drying up. I bought these capsules after some quick diving into research and found that Shatavari can help increase your supply after you start menstruating. So I gave it a go. I’m about to start my third period and my supply has built back up within a matter of a couple weeks after taking Shatavari.
