Donner makes a wireless option that does the same thing so you can have them spaced out further without the need for a ton of wire. Looks much cleaner. **Q: Can the lighting be dimmed from the remote?** A: The lights cannot be dimmed from the remote but there is a total blackout feature. **Q: What is the connector called that plugs into the gigbar? Can you use an adapter and plug different lights into it?** A: They are dmx connectors. You could plug something else into them but I don’t see why you would want to. This is a clean portable setup and would probably not fit back into the bag if you added a different light. **Q: Is this really tall enough? Looks like about 4 feet high does it go high than that??** A: Like the answers below, it goes to 8 feet I believe.
