Very nice oil for cooking, baking and use in air fryer

I switched to this Avacado oil a couple months back and it works so great that we have it on subscription for about every 2 weeks. The quality of it is amazing, it has a high burn tolerance and cooks well. We use it mostly for sauteeing and frying up foods but as well as baking with it and oiling pans. I love that it’s a lighter oil and has some better health benefit than others. The color is a nice yellowy light green. We keep it right by the stove for ease of grabbing and using because it’s used almost every day in our household.

Love this oil. Have purchased several times and getting ready to purchase again. I use it mostly for cooking for a healthy and the high cooking heat level. The taste is very mild and doesn’t interfere with any flavors of the dish being made. Ok, weird but I also like the square bottle as it fits so much better in my cooking space than the round ones. ❤️

We often use this in place iof olive oil just for a change. It works well with all of our recipes and have purchased multiple times.
