Ik ben een kat, honden MADAME, dus veel haar en zand in de vele Oosterse tapijten. Heb altijd hoover gehad. Hetgeen dat voor negatief is heeft niets te maken met het toestel zelf maar ten 1st, de stofzuiger is gemaakt voor de Engelse markt dus met een “driepin stekker” er was wel een adapter bijgevoegd voor ons systeem hier in België. Ten 2de op de site van België Staat de stofzuiger te koop voor ongeveer 449€ met verzendkosten. Op de site van UK staat deze geprijsd voor 120 pond = 180€ ? Ok je moet hierbij de verzendkosten, invoerrechten enz. Bijrekenen en dan moet je nog een adapter kopen . Ik vind het persoonlijk een groot prijsverschil. Voor mij is deze steelstofzuiger met zeer lange snoer zijn Belgische prijs waard.

Good quality, effectiveness, the machine is heavy for me because I have a problem with my joint and my back, suction very well

My only gripe is the wire but hey ho. It’s good at picking up dog hair, light enough to carry easily, I like how all the tools fit on the machine so no hunting around for the crevice nozzle. I didn’t realise that the brush bar won’t turn if the vacuum is upright, a definite plus for the wear of the brush and my carpet, I sent the seller a message thinking it was a fault and I got a phone call the same day from customer service, gobsmacked, I’m thinking that would be hard to beat. Fortunately, there was no fault, just me. Very, very happy with the machine, after years of cordless vacuums the power is a plus. Customer service can’t be beat

This vacuum is so good! The cable/wire is long so you don’t have to keep switching plugs. It’s very powerful and you don’t have to be pass the vacuum more than once in 1 spot. I have a dog with long hair and this is perfect, keeps my carpet beautiful. We did have a problem with the motor that is not working probably but we are in the process of getting a new one. So pleased with this hoover , not only is it good value , I have four very large dogs , so my rugs get covered in hair , was using Henry pet , but wasn’t happy with the suction. This one has a stronger suction plus all the attachments for stairs , corners extra , very light weight , would def recommend, especially if have dogs
