I decided to reintroduce a waist trimmer into my gym training. I had issues with SI/low back pain over the last two months, and I forgot how much waist trimmers help relieve that issue. I don't feel like I have exercised unless I sweat, and this pairing certainly does the trick!

I like the material and that it really gets a good sweat. I dislike it runs big so if size down if you want a tight fit.

I only started using this, this week. But I do notice SO MUCH MORE SWEAT when I take it off. I walk about 2 miles a day in it. I have not been using it long enough to notice results yet but so far so good! It is also very comfortable. I can sit in it or jog and it is still comfortable.
