I have heard of this book before, and never had a chance to read it until now. This is really a great book for the modern digitally distracted population. It is a simple and easy book to read, but do not be fooled by its content in depth. I would suggest, you should chew it from page to page, thinking over it, visualizing yourself doing it, and practicing it afterwards. Only then will you realize its full benefit.
