Bella Tavola BT46 Cooking Platform

Bought this along with the Bella Tavola butane butane burner which together is the best fondue system I have used. This will work with any pot or vessel 1-3 quarts in size.

I love Greek coffee and I'm a Greek coffee snob. To make a perfect cup, the coffee needs to be brewed over an open flame. And so, I use a bunsen burner. I was using a burner cooking platform with an adjustable plate but the plate would loosen and hot coffee would spill everywhere - it was a dangerous set-up. When I saw the Bella Tavola Platform, I thought I'de give it a try - and it's been wonderful! It's sturdy, well built and holds my little burner safely in place. The platform seats the burner at a perfect height. The Bella Tavola Platform allows me to safely make delicious pots of Greek coffee and I truly, couldn't be happier with this purchase.
